Before you write about a slow delivery

Have a look at our Delivery page first. Most orders take 14–25 working days, tracking goes quiet for long stretches, and both of those are normal rather than a sign something has gone wrong. If you're more than 5 working days past the top of your estimated window, write to us and we'll chase it, replace it or refund it.

Something arrived broken

Send us the order number and a photograph. Don't post it back yet — for most items return shipping costs more than the item does, so more often than not we'll simply send a replacement and tell you to keep the original.
